Fee structure:
All sessions have to be paid upfront.
There will be a 24 hour cancellation period to each session.
- 60 minutes individual $65.00
- 30 minutes individual $40.00
- 60 minutes Couple or group $40.00 / person

At this point I only accept personal checks and cash. Soon this website will
provide the option to pay with Credit Card and or PayPal.
My gym / Your gym / at home / outside
I train clients predominately at the Saybrook Point Inn Health Club and Pool.
Clients will not need to join the club or pay an extra facility fee. Warm water pools are available for water training and relaxation after the
session.
I also train at home but charge an extra 10 cents / mile as a driving fee.
Types of special training:

1) Weight Loss Training:
Weight loss is for most people a significant goal to maintain health and be able to perform.
A weight loss program typically needs to focus on nutrition, cardiovascular training and strength. Beside the actual physical training, clients will
be frequently reevaluated to ensure proper progression and receive educational material to learn step by step to actually maintain their weight in
the long run.
2) Sport Specific Training:
Most sports have individual requirements in regards to coordination, strength, endurance, flexibility, injury prevention and other elements.
Preparing for a recreational or competitive activity is equally important.
In downhill skiing for example we see each year thousands of serious joint injuries in the lower body which result in surgical treatments and
serious long lasting problems. Most of those injuries happen on the first day during the last run. This clearly shows how some basic ski
specific conditioning in the weeks before the season could help to reduce the chance of injury.
Basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, and even activities like sailing and golf can result in numerous medical problems.
I trained PGA professionals. golf pros, soccer stars, martial arts champions and many other athletes over the last 12 years with great results.

3) Back Pain prevention
This by far is the most popular program I have to offer. 9 out of 10 US citizens experience at some point in their lives some form of back pain.
Anyone who had back pain knows how much this can limit life quality.
Problem is that our health care system does not promote prevention. Doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists are ruled by health industry
administrators and are not able to provide the services necessary to prevent the causes.
In most cases back pain is clearly preventable. Countries like Australia and Germany have "Back Pain Prevention" programs since the 70's and
helped thousands of patients to control their problems.
I taught seminars and training sessions internationally. Large corporations, small businesses and of course hundreds of individual customers.
My program has three levels. Each one contains mobility, flexibility, strengthening and alignment exercises to slowly lead the client to a long
term, independent healthy back life style.
It is crucial for participants to understand back pain risk factors in their environment.
Most doctors in Southeastern Connecticut have a some point referred their patients to one of my seminars, classes, lectures or one on one
programs.
