Class Definitions:

Nordic Walking :        Walking with poles. Gentle on joints. Creates Upper body strength and increases caloric outtake and HR

Back In Shape:           Circuit training with all kinds of equipment like steps, bands, free weights. Fun music, complete workout.

Pilates:                          Mat based core strengthening classes. Gentle, safe efficient. Great starter class !!

In this 1 hour lecture I will teach facts usually exclusively known to physicians or people in the medical field in an entertaining
way so that all listeners will leave empowered and motivated to start a healthy lifestyle.

The word "metabolism is so overused that most people do not really understand how and what it actually does. This
comprehensive seminar will once and for all cover all aspects of metabolic functions of our body. There are many triggers on
how to get it started. Hormones, food, stress, exercise and many other factors contribute to either fire it up or let it burn out.
